I think the new album captured exactly what you guys were going for. I think it's both beautiful and hauntingly melancholy in a profound way. It has the sounds and feeling of living here with that weird pull of wanting to leave. I've lived in Memphis my whole life, but never really fit in or had a lot of friends. I've always wanted to leave and have longed for some other place that was, well, just not here. It's exactly what I needed to hear right now. I hope someday soon to leave myself.
